1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tebot.info (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Tebot.info is a social media automation platform that allows users and businesses to:

• Connect their Facebook Pages through Meta’s API;

• Schedule and automatically publish posts at specific times;

• View reports and insights about post performance.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

3. Account Registration

To use Tebot.info, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;

• Provide accurate information when registering;

• Use your own Facebook account to connect Pages you manage.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of Facebook Platform Data

By connecting your Facebook account, you grant Tebot.info permission to access and use data such as:

• Your name, email address, and Page information;

• Page access tokens and IDs (to publish posts and retrieve insights).

This data is used only to provide the automation and reporting services described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes;

• Publish or share unauthorized or offensive content;

• Attempt to access other users’ data or the Service in unauthorized ways;

• Resell or sublicense access to Tebot.info without our written consent.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content on Tebot.info are the property of SRL RGWB GROUP.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

SRL RGWB GROUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tebot.info.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tebot.info if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Moldova.
